After submitting an estimate ten percent lower than a field of competing contractors, Cyberstruct, Inc.was chosen to build a new four-story, 22-unit condominium building in the up-and-coming Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn. The facade utilizes extensive stone, stucco, and brickwork pierced by over one hundred and fifty windows in four different styles.An elegant copper mansard roof will top the building off. This building contains twenty-two 1,000 sq. ft. apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. A 10,000 sq. ft. basement will house laundry facilities and a ten space parking garage.Sale prices are projected to range from $600,000 to over $1 million per unit. Cyberstruct was recently credited as the builder on the Award of Honor in New York Council Society of American Registered Architects Eigth Annual Design Awards Program for our work on this project in conjuction weith the architect, Scarano & Associates.
