Amidst the bustling urban development of the neighborhood, BN House stands out as a distinctive yet gentle architectural statement. It harmoniously blends traditional tiled roofs with modern geometric volumes, creating an inviting and dynamic composition.

One of the defining features of BN House is its exterior material palette, predominantly composed of tiles, wood, and glass. The two-story front volume, combined with the three-story rear section that steps back progressively, forms a series of open courtyards. These outdoor spaces serve as vibrant pockets for relaxation and family gatherings.

The interior design of BN House seamlessly integrates landscape, architecture, and living spaces into a cohesive whole with a contemporary character. From the main gate, when all doors are opened, one can see directly through to the garden at the rear of the site, creating a perception of spaciousness beyond the actual dimensions. A key spatial highlight of BN House is the central void, a double-height space that visually and functionally connects the upper levels.
