Located in Jardim Paulistano, at Rua Coronel Bento Noronha 190, this home makes the most of an exclusively residential neighbourhood, laden with trees and close to three main avenues, Rebouças, Faria Lima and Brasil.
The design for this house is based on four great concrete volumes with different heights, connected by window glazed corridors. The organization of these volumes, distributed along the whole area create a series of internal patios and gardens which expand the relationship between exterior and interior of each one of the rooms.
The house is distributed in the following manner, a basement that may be reached by a ramp; the main floor made up of common areas, gardens and patios; first floor with four suites and second floor with guest room, terrace and office.
