The Public facing front exterior presents limited access to the interior. The Private facing exterior presents a transparent façade with floor to ceiling glazing. The interior layout separates the Public spaces of living and dining from the Private sleeping areas through the symbolic placement of a heavy concrete wall which extends beyond the walls and roof to reflect the division on space on the building exterior.
