The interior design of the restaurant is a special subject in the field of interior design. The personalization of these premises depends on several factors such as: location, kitchen and target audience. In the case of Blue River restaurant, the inspiration came from the view that opens behind the window.
Located on the bank of the Dniester River, the restaurant borrows the colour range and decorative elements of the interior from nature. The panoramic windows contribute to an ideal fusion with the entourage. To add to this feeling, we personalized individual elements of the interior as much as possible. The colours of the finishing materials are strongly related to the natural framework. We opted for calm hues levitating between sand-coloured grey and brown, but which emanate elegance. The colours of the furniture represent a mix of beige, grey and turquoise. The neutrality of the colours is heated by the structure of the wood.
Lighting has a special place in the interior design project of the restaurant. In the case of Blue River restaurant, the lighting fixtures were a good reason to give a special look to the premises and a good opportunity to demonstrate how custom made objects shape its personality. Alongside with general lighting, zonal lighting also contributes to comfort. Placed above the tables, they imitate the appearance of the rock, giving warmth due to the golden hue inside. In addition to them we have golden paintings on the walls, which imitate the waves of the river, the same motif being present in the decorative plaster.
At the level of zoning we used a simple scheme with lateral layout. Inside we have a more private area, and opposite to it the one that offers a spectacular view. Also we used live plants inside for to add a touch of liveliness to the premise. A paradise that is absolutely harmonious with the context.
