The Blue House is an art and furniture gallery that displays local and international pieces for interiors. An abandoned warehouse was restored and was redistributed to offer a furniture store in the first floor, 5 Solidos (interior design and architecture) office quarters in the second floor, and an art gallery on the third floor.
The store concept was constructed around the idea of representing the values of an ideal home through a timeless aesthetic. Warmth and comfort were implied through wood and aged brick. Dark, neutral colors were carefully selected to create elegant and simple spaces that could easily transition accordingly to the furniture collections. Open spaces were divided in order to visualize the furniture pieces in recreated home areas such as living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms.
