Situated on a sloped site overlooking the bay of Syvota, Lefkada, this project consists of three independent single-story vacation homes, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The layout minimizes environmental impact, maximizes views, and ensures privacy for each residence.
Each 110 m² home accommodates four people, with an open-plan living area, two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a light well with an outdoor shower. Large openings connect indoor and outdoor spaces, extending visually to the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea horizon.
The façades combine stone, exposed concrete, and plaster, with stone walls and planted embankments providing shelter and privacy. Green roofs and landscaped terraces integrate the buildings into the terrain, while carved paths offer independent access from the street to each home.
These vacation homes offer a seamless connection between architecture and landscape, creating a tranquil retreat that celebrates the natural beauty of Lefkada.
