Refurbishment and extension of an existing house located at the center of the town Esporlas, located in Mallorca, Spain.
The only element that is original is the main street façade, that was necessary to keep according with the urban rules.
The rest of the house is brand new, being able to have the oposite façade with a more contemporary style.
The house has a back courtyard with a small pool.
The interior design of the project is contemporary, but according with the style of the old town. Natural materials, as wood, stone, glass and steel corten makes this house a mix between the rustic and the contemporary.

Reforma y ampliación de vivienda existente entre medianeras en el centro del pueblo de Esporlas. La normativa obliga a conservar la fachada existente que da a la calle, siendo el único elemento que se conserva de su estado original. Por otra parte, la fachada trasera tiene un aspecto más contemporáneo, fusionando los 2 estilos arquitectónicos. La vivienda se desarrolla en 2 plantas y un patio trasero con pequeña piscina.
