The
interior design for this apartment -located in Santa Fe, Mexico City- shows a
peculiar and daring composition that reflects the lifestyle of the client. The
concept was developed by Kababie Arquitectos and is based in a black &
white color palette.
A space
that reflects the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the user was the main objective.
The industrial nature stands out in the result by the use of bare brickwork
with leather inserts on the walls and polished concrete on the floors.
The
constant communication with the client allowed Elias Kababie to design a
personalized space that includes especially custom made furniture. Some objects
and furniture were also restored because the client wanted to keep them in the
space, but with a new image.
The spaces
flow creating a whole ambiance that is monochromatic, honest and versatile,
inspired in the art and emotion of a particular way of life.
