The conventional firehouse, originally built in 1895 serves as an incubator for small tech star-ups. The five story space, houses offices of variable sizes from executive pods, to 4 person private offices, to 16 open offices. These multiple scenarios support a diverse range of star-up teams and allow for flexible groupings as companies come and go. Un-prescribed space, such as stadium lounge seating, roof terrace and back courtyard allow for larger presentations, informal meetings and leisure, which promotes communal interaction. Wood paneling is juxtaposed with graphic fluorescent lighting to create a refined but energetic and creative environment.
