Ismael Leyva Architects, has designed a new Brooklyn 35 story residential high rise at 309 Gold Street. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in the Fall 2014.
Developed and owned by Lalezerian Properties the building will soar 40 stories, totaling an expansive 260,000 square feet, including 255 rental residences. Future residents will have access to a wide array of amenities including an outdoor terrace, 50 foot lap pool, a thoroughly equipped fitness center, residents lounge, yoga room, and elegant lobby lounge. Residents will also have access to over 35,000 square feet of parking.
BKLYN|AIR will be comprised of luxury finishes from the lobby to each apartment. The lobby, a combination of Grigio Serpeggiante stone and Traverk Series-Wenge tile provide an elegant entry, with custom art work by Amanda Weil and a chandelier by Studio BelVetro. Apartments include polished Calacatta stone bathroom vanities and top-of-the-line GE Profile series appliances.
The building will be comprised of a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. BKLYN|AIR is wonderfully located in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The building will afford high-up desirable views of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges and excellent transportation access to other Brooklyn neighborhoods and the surrounding boroughs.
