The transformation of the 1925 NABISCO factory is one of the most visionary ventures in Downtown L.A.s recent renaissance. Developers Linear City, LLC were forerunners in reviving the "other" side of Downtown, and a perfect match for our passion to create engaging, livable urban places that transform cities and the people that live in them. Blending our contemporary design sense with meticulous and inspiring period craftsmanship, we got to revive a building that has since set standards for loft living in L.A.
