The premis for this project was to design the headquarters and manufacturing facility for BioSip Panels, a new construction product created from recycled materials that can be manipulated into any shape or size depending on their application. The site is on an industrial site in Boulder, Colorado spanning across an existing and active railroad tracks. The rawmaterials would arrive by train and the nal product would leave on the same tracks. The challeneges for this project were studying seismic activity caused by the train itself and not disrupting existing train activity. This project was completed in Revit & Autocad and the model was built using a laser cutter.The facility is broken into three separate levels, the train tracks dip below ground to the shipping bay where products would be dropped o and picked up. The main level is the manufacturing machines and the top floor reserved for corporate offices & temporary residences.
