The school building will be operating contemporary education facilities, that will serve multi-national and multi-cultural students, along with integrating bioclimatic architectural principles, constitutes a major challenge for all EU countries. It aims to become a state of the art complex and ensure the use of renewable energy sources and energy efficient conceptual design.

The building concept is based on integration between different aspects both physical and virtual. Among the most important are Social, Spatial and Environmental aspects. In addition, the school image has to express the multi-cultural nature of its students, aiming for a collective intelligence icon to be perceived visually.
