Considering different living conditions and various family types and sizes, the project includes 19 apartment types and a total of 315 residential units. The social facility, planned in connection with the residential units, strengthens neighborhood relations by incorporating cinema and activity rooms. Addressing both individual living and the collective community, and responding to the needs of families of different scales and contemporary social life, Bilkent Nazende establishes a balanced relationship between human life and nature.
Vehicular circulation integrated into the residential layout has been minimized in order to keep social life away from traffic and ensure the safety of children. Continuous walking and cycling paths are provided as part of the landscape design, supporting essential physical activities and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
