Bikrampur House is a privately owned Triplex Villa usually treated as weekend house for its occupant. The Holiday residence performs as a retreat for an exclusive user category
An important features of the project is its Landscaping. A vast open field the surrounding element of the buildform. It was a challenge to merge the outland to the build form and the dwellers. In the south front of the building a open deck is suspend over a waterbody. artificial water fall and green plaza decorate the south plaza. Low height wall, level variation, special tiles pattern and a curveline on green make a real expression for leisure. All the building there have terrace in different level which connect the visitor and the dweller to the ground level landscape.
