The commission was the design of the New National Library of Peru, based in Lima, which should strictly comply with the program areas, furniture and interrelatedness of environments, the basis of competition organized by the Architects Association of Peru. The project was the winner of the top prize for architecture in Peru, the Golden Hexagon at the XII Biennale of Architecture of Peru in 2006.
