SI architects was chosen for the design and construction for the first building in the new University Campus, combining academic premises with practical state-of-art laboratories, common facilities and a business incubator to launch companies created by BCB students.
The inner space is designed to enhance spatial and programmatic flexibility and pedagogical innovative opportunities.
The master plan also features sports facilities, access pathways and gardens around the building, all of them together with inner patios, water elements, smart energy-efficient technology and light finishing colours help ensuring better inside climatic conditions and reaching the best standards in acoustic and lighting performance.
