Designed by ZNERA, Beverly One embodies a refined balance between modern elegance and natural calm, offering a contemporary interpretation of residential living in Dubai. The project is defined by a carefully composed façade that merges geometric precision with cascading greenery, forming a living architectural skin that softens the skyline while reintroducing nature into the urban environment. This interplay between structure and landscape establishes a visual identity that is both composed and expressive.
Architecture that blurs boundaries
ZNERA approaches the project as an exploration of openness and spatial continuity. Generous balconies and landscaped terraces extend the living environment outward, creating transitional zones that dissolve rigid separations between interior and exterior. Floor-to-ceiling glazing allows daylight to penetrate deep into the apartments while framing expansive city views, reinforcing a sense of connection to the surrounding urban context. The result is an architecture that supports a fluid, light-filled lifestyle shaped by movement and atmosphere.
Designing for sustainability and wellbeing
Guided by biophilic design principles, the project integrates planting, shading strategies and high-performance materials to enhance comfort while reducing environmental impact. The façade functions as a responsive environmental filter—cooling, shading and breathing—while maintaining clarity and visual restraint.
