A challenge of preservation of the soul of a place through a reinterpretation of its spaces, make it unique by bringing new life to historical elements: this is what was achieved by Humà during the renovation of the Beverley residence.
The staircase’s ironwork, dating from the 1950s, were a fondamental element upon which the entire house renovation is based. Large open white spaces are graphically crossed by these magnificent black lines of the ramps.
This black which is found by touch and which emphasizes the windows, elements of the furniture, light fixtures and which we find in the addition of contemporary supports in black steel. The light but warm wood of the parquet floor reunites the set of spaces.
