Located in the Yakut neighborhood of Kayseri’s Kocasinan region, Betem Life is a residential site consisting of 4 blocks.
In Betem Life residences, all blocks are designed to face south, and the blocks are directed to Erciyes in a way that does not block each other. In the areas between the blocks, there are children’s playgrounds, basketball courts and open and closed parking lots. One of the most important contributions of Betem Life residences to social life is that they have a common area on the roof that serves the user. In order to emphasize the social life here, the roof terrace area was covered with a steel eaves, and the vertical lines along the facade became an element that completes the design by integrating with the eaves on the roof, forming the identity of the building.
