The experience of living in densely populated urban environments and high-rise apartments has increasingly disrupted humanity’s inherent connection with nature—a disconnect that profoundly influences the lifestyle and well-being of city dwellers.
This project envisions a residential apartment complex where the boundary between architecture and nature dissolves, fostering a renewed relationship between modern individuals and their natural surroundings. By integrating carefully designed balconies, even at a minimal scale, the architecture offers opportunities for residents to engage with greenery and socialize within semi-open, natural settings.
The concept of “tower gardens” within the complex not only enables residents to enjoy vibrant, green living spaces but also ensures they retain access to the amenities of metropolitan life. While maximizing usable enclosed spaces, the design strategically incorporates open spaces as per Tehran’s construction regulations. These open areas are conceived not merely as residual voids but as active zones where environmental qualities—light, air, and greenery—enhance the adjacent indoor spaces, blurring the line between inside and outside.
The result is a harmonious balance: a residential tower that redefines urban living by integrating nature as a vital and functional element of everyday life.
