Bermondsey Island provides thirteen affordable rented one and two bedroom flats and a ground floor commercial unit.

This Design & Build scheme is the first largescale use of the innovative Ibstock Tilebrick eliminating repointing, thereby reducing maintenance costs.

The project won a Regional RIBA award in 2012.
