can be built. Welbions realizes a diverse neighborhood
with 91 family residences, housing customized for all phases of
life and assisted apartments with access to professional care.The architecture of the neighborhood changed
completely: the heart is formed by
a green park containing 4 residential blocks, the edge of the
neighborhood is formed by 3 rows of houses.KAW designs 2 of
the 4 blocks. Part of block II is designed for
healthcare provider Aveleijn.
The apartments are customized for young adults with a
physical or mental disability.
The vision of
Aveleijn is to integrate its clients
completely into the community, therefore,
the housing is part of an ordinary apartment building.
