Bento, the Japanese restaurant. Concept developed to a restaurant in Madrid to serve healthy food, either on site as take-away. The name comes from the bento boxes, used to take by Japanese workers to take their meals to work. The space is inspired by the lanterns festivals, paper lanterns, candle light and glittering shadows. A simple minimalist oriental space, with some wabi-wabi tone and clean intense colours. Planned for young couples and families, expecting young professionals living and working nearby. Wood, paper, straw, linen.
