It is a residential house with a land area of 91m and a building area of 110m. The residence is a 2-story building with 2 bedrooms. The rooms on the 1st floor are 1 bedroom, living room, dining & kitchen, as well as a service area. Meanwhile, on the 2nd floor there is a main bedroom, a work space located next to the void which can directly see into the living room, there is also a prayer room and a balcony. The house is designed in a modern minimalist manner with the choice of white materials and wooden accents on the building facade and in response to site conditions, the building is curved.
