Bembos La Fontana is part of the Bembos Burger Grill franchise in Lima, Peru.Given the triangular ground and the west faced orientation, the project took advantage of the largest front, and was raised as a huge urban screen in which inner spaces and pop graphics could be shown.This "big fishbowl" seems to be bigger because it's position, and gains importance in the urban context.This restaurant has been designed so that the service area would be compact and wouldn't compete with public areas. As well, there's no such a thing as a "bad place to sit"; every place has a rewarding view.The take-out zone is suited behind the building across the parking area to optimize the parking spots.
