The "Bellium Events Hall," located in San Luis, Tarija, on a 1000 m² plot with a construction of 662 m², has been conceived as an exceptional space to host a variety of events, from parties and weddings to conferences and quinceañeras. Taking advantage of the pleasant climate of the city of Tarija, the design aims to create a perfect connection between the interior and exterior, providing a continuous space that caters to all the needs of its visitors.
On the ground floor, the "Bellium Events Hall" stands out with its imposing main hall, accompanied by a mezzanine that creates a double height, ideal for all types of events. The spaciousness of the area allows unparalleled flexibility for the organization of activities. Additionally, the ground floor features patios and decks that offer the possibility of outdoor activities, under the shade of a majestic tree, not forgetting the complete service area and bathrooms.
On the mezzanine or second floor, the administration area ensures efficient space management. An area has also been reserved for dressing rooms, especially designed for more elegant events. Furthermore, an exterior terrace spatially integrates with the courtyard, visually connecting the two levels. Just below this terrace is the gallery bar, an ideal place to enjoy refreshing drinks while participating in the activities.
The design of the "Bellium Events Hall" is versatile and contemporary, with understated lines that enhance the elegance of the venue. Native materials such as stone and wood have been employed in harmony with the surroundings. The surrounding landscaping adds a touch of rural local identity, evoking the essence of the Tarija countryside.
Special attention has been given to the thermal comfort of the interior of the hall. Automated louvers and pergolas have been incorporated to control the temperature, allowing the space to remain cool and well-lit. Additionally, cross ventilation ensures a pleasant environment at all times.
