The refinement of the interior shared spaces of Bellevue Residence II was a significant responsibility and challenge in itself. On one hand, the goal was to reflect the luxurious facade vision within the interior, and on the other, to achieve a majestic entrance space..
Despite the limited ceiling height we had in first place in the main foyer, we managed to create a sense of vertical spaciousness using Barrisol's stretched mirror ceiling, generating an illusion of expanded space. This technique allowed for the duplication of certain elements in height and the floating effect of others. The wall panels, each emphasized by a black frame, were precisely crafted from milled MDF. The entry doors are marked with the corresponding letters 'Entrance A' and 'Entrance B.' They are fully automated with access controlled by the reception in the foyer.
Creating an impressive stylistic contrast with the foyer, the waiting area resembles a large wooden box, with a natural reference to the nearby South Park. The accent living green wall brings in freshness and tranquility, fitting seamlessly into such a space.
The corridors on each floor maintain a clean yet luxurious ambiance - the walls are dressed in textile wallpaper, while the elevator shaft and apartment doors are highlighted with wood veneer, imparting an overall sense of comfort and warmth.
