The inspiring environment of this apartment gives positive life energy to the people who live here, and fully responds to all aesthetic and functional requests of modern architecture. This luxurious penthouse consists of three bedrooms, a large living block, wardrobe, and a study. The young couple wished for their penthouse to be in a quiet part of Belgrade, furnished in a modern, functional, and friendly style. Interior design studio Gradnja.rs and architect Sonja Brstina (www.gradnja.rs/studio-za-unutrasnji-dizajn-gradnja-rs) collaborated on the interior, which is dominated by modern lines and colors.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the building surrounded by a spacious terrace, and is accessible from almost every room. The apartment can be entered through a central staircase and directly from the elevator.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, and library form a unique space where purple rugs and pillows complement the dominant earth colors. Spot-lit natural stone creates an interesting motif on the wall behind the seating, and a dominant black chandelier is placed above the dining table.
Pink and green colors dominate the girl’s bedroom, with a bed positioned centrally in the room near the plaster niche. Indirect lighting provides a sense of depth and makes the space comfortable. The walls are set with floral wallpaper and stripes and the wardrobe is designed in the shape of an Amsterdam house, colored white with pink doors and windows. Each of four houses can be opened, to allow for the hanging and folding of clothes in the drawers.
Six spotlights in the bedroom right above the bed create an interesting light effect on the ceiling. From this room you enter the small closet and a bathroom with luxury tiles.
