Belcampo Meat Co.’s San Francisco location expresses the future of sustainable beef, pork and poultry production in California by combining the traditional butcher shop with a restructured café in a dynamic dance of two programs in a single unique environment.
For San Francisco, BCV worked to create a welcoming butcher shop experience as well as a classic dining environment – both of which showcase Belcampo’s unique offerings in a variety of ways. The Polk Street location is divided between an airy, light-filled butcher shop and an elegant 34-seat dining area, featuring blue banquettes made with leather from the company's own steer.
