Bab al-Shuhada ( Behesht al-Zahra Gate )
This gate was designed with mystical themes in mind, and verses from the Quran that talk about heaven and the eternal life of martyrs in it.
The use of the tulip flower form (symbol of martyrdom) in the gate and the tiling inside it tries to instill a sense of spirituality and mystical issues.
This concept is presented in two material options.
The first option: an outer shell of brick with a rose-colored color and an inner shell of tiling
The second option: an outer shell of traditional brickwork and an inner shell of tiling
