A Coastal Retreat
Bay Grove Residences is a carefully curated waterfront sanctuary that harmonises with its island setting. Inspired by the warmth and romance of the Golden Hour, the design captures the soft glow of sunset through layered textures, warm tones, and natural finishes. The result is a calm, elegant environment where every detail is considered—creating homes that feel timeless, welcoming, and effortlessly refined.
Organic materials, gentle colour palettes, and subtle contrasts come together to shape spaces that balance serenity with comfort, allowing each interior to feel both grounded and uplifting.

The Vision
Bay Grove Residences is designed as a place to belong—where everyday life is enriched by beauty, comfort, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment. It offers a lifestyle that is relaxed yet sophisticated, encouraging moments of connection, reflection, and lasting memories.
Golden Hour Material Palette
Bay Grove Residences – Duplex Apartment
The interiors are conceived as a sanctuary, drawing inspiration from the golden tones of sunset and the natural textures of the island. Warm hues are layered with soft finishes, while the communal areas reflect the vibrancy and colour of the surrounding landscape.
Light wood-effect floor tiles, with subtle oak-like grain, form the foundation of the interiors, bringing warmth and an organic softness. Walls and ceilings are finished in refined neutral tones, paired with delicate woven textures reminiscent of linen and tweed for a tactile, understated elegance.
Accents in Calacatta Pastino introduce a sense of luxury through bold grey veining on a luminous white base. These polished surfaces reflect natural light beautifully, while sheer drapery enhances the airy, relaxed atmosphere.
Finishes Schedule
Each finish has been carefully selected to reinforce the design narrative. Bathrooms feature chrome single-lever basin mixers, paired with porcelain wall and floor tiles for a clean, contemporary look. Kitchens are finished with Calacatta Gold porcelain on countertops and walls, creating a refined focal point.
Arabesque Natural porcelain thresholds add subtle detail to the bathrooms, while hairline champagne metal skirting provides a delicate, contemporary edge throughout the interiors.

Bay Grove Residences is shaped around a series of welcoming shared spaces designed to support different lifestyles. From quiet moments of retreat to social interaction and recreation, each area is crafted to blend comfort, elegance, and functionality—creating a vibrant and inclusive community.
The Lobby Lounge
The lobby lounge embodies relaxed sophistication. Light-toned veneer joinery with visible natural grain creates a warm, organic base, while soft blue glossy tiling introduces a gentle coastal influence. Together, these finishes create a calming, refined arrival experience.
The Wellness Suite
The Wellness Suite is designed as a serene escape for both movement and rest. Textured gym flooring provides durability and comfort, while mirrors amplify light and spatial openness. Polished wall and ceiling finishes offer a refined backdrop, and deep green seating introduces a calming, restorative tone—completing the space as a sophisticated wellness retreat.
The Play Area
The children’s playroom is lively, safe, and imaginative. Custom gradient wallpaper in calming blues creates a playful backdrop, while skylight-toned vinyl flooring offers durability and comfort. Felt ceiling pendants enhance acoustics and introduce layered texture, combining light and deep blue tones for a balanced, joyful environment.
The Clubhouse
