The new headquarter of Bautechnik at Terlano (Italy) gets its characteristic from its neat cut shape that rises from the basement. The façade facing the street presents one single green surface that links the architecture with the landscape. The storehouse is located mostly underground and illuminated by natural light thanks to the translucent façade. The offices are lifted up from the ground and only reachable by a staircase made of stainless steel that finds itself in the entrance area of the building. The open spaced offices have a glazed façade that faces a square which enables eye contact between the inner and the outer working spaces.
