block development around a central piazza. Retail activates the piazza, whilst
travelators within a central void connect the basement supermarket + car parking.
White horizontal banding defines the buildings of the site, whilst individual colours
differentiate each of the 4 blocks. A sandstone
base connects the built form tho the site, whilst a sandstone colonnade relates
the base of the building to an adjacent heritage item.
