Vung Tau has emerged as a coastal city with remarkable and robust development over recent years. The marine economy stands as a spearhead industry, driving the city’s core value through bustling and vibrant maritime trade.
The sight of ships and boats docking and departing—a scene of "quiet busyness" along the coastlines of Front Beach and Back Beach—is one of the most familiar local hallmarks. It is no exaggeration to say that the image of vessels setting sail with full canvas is the quintessential characteristic of Vung Tau.
Inspired by these traditional and iconic images, the core concept was integrated into the Commercial Service, Hotel, and Apartment Complex project at Plot TMDV-06, Bau Sen Park. Furthermore, Vung Tau is renowned for its unique cultural landmarks, such as the Christ the King statue, Big Mountain, Small Mountain, and the graceful silhouettes of sea swallows taking flight. These striking visuals have helped shape the powerful symbolic lines of the building's architecture.
Based on this conceptual foundation, the project has been meticulously designed to be visually arresting, featuring an architectural form that evokes the intimate and iconic essence of the coastal city of Vung Tau.
