"Bassett Road is a remarkable property. Designed originally to host 16 individual bedsits, it had not been touched for more than 50 years. The inspiration for this renovation was centred around accentuating the building’s unique aspects; ornate cornicing, vast ceiling height and sheer grandeur. The interior will be renovated to be visually exciting with a detailed consideration of practical issues such as storage, lighting, the flow from room to room all playing an essential part of the process."

"We were commissioned to produce a series of extremely detailed and atmospheric interior CGI renderings and a full 360-Degree Virtual Reality Tour of the ground floor of this beautiful and unique building designed by A&A Architects and Hayley Dawes Interiors. Every element was designed to the finest level of detail and we ensured this was reflected in our visualisations."
