The project is exposed to the adjacent green field of the Bangladesh Fire Service Authority. The central vertical core separates two units at front and back, allowing both frontal exposures to have a field view. The main street building volume has been stretched side-wise to provide privacy and create an open common space for the units.
Crisscross projected boxes on the building's corners de-fragment the volume and become the focal point. The bottom slab of each projected box is used for a balcony and the top is used for gardening.
