An aptamer research facility occupying half of a 10,000+ square-foot first floor Pearland office building. The office and laboratory space leveraged the envelope's natural light to fill all office and open lab spaces, except sample testing rooms requiring no natural light. HVAC specifically tuned, positive and negative air pressure requirements specific to each lab area/room. A complete success opperationaly, requirements for long term storage became apparent after years of service and was accommodated within the building.
