This project includes a total refurbishment in the basement of a Listed Building in the city of Westminster. The flat has been refurbished by our team to create a modern interior design. The walls, ceiling and floor are white, which create an impression of space optimisation. The entrance area designed has been brilliantly thought to hide the electrical works and to create an additional storage space under the vaults.Inside, the space restraint has been overcome by clever design without compromising on the ergonomics of the design. The flat houses 2 small wetrooms with walk-in shower areas, basin and WC. All the rooms open onto a central hallway. On the left hand side of the hall lies a bedroom and an open plan kitchen / living. At the rear lies another bedroom with an en-suite. The rear courtyard is accessible by both the rear bedroom and the open plan kitchen / living. In the hallway, is the listed staircase which has been retained in design as a special feature. The space under this staircase has been used to create an utility area and a storage cupboard.Click here to check the before / after pictures
