An historic brownstone, located in the heart of the West Village, was in need of a renovation to be done
in scheduled segments. Larah addressed the top three floors with an earth tone palette and understated, well-proportioned
interior. The renovation included a master suite, kitchen,
living, home office and guest suite. Descending down to the main floor, one is faced with the grand
statement of a suspended saltwater fish tank that is hung from the ceiling
with a riverstone bed below. It is the hearth of this home and its views
can be enjoyed from the living, dining and kitchen areas on that floor. All in all, this is a handsome and refined representation of the clients
themselves. Every detail is accounted for and done with ease.
The residence speaks gracious minimalism.
