This home in Banstead was an incongruous 80’s style brick home which the client wanted to modernise with a facelift, adding contemporary design and detailing to a simple but bold all-over render.
This stylish exterior, highlighted by the contrasts between the white painted render, timber detailed entrance and black framed windows, is the eye-catching result. The client aspired to create a white modern box elevation while retaining some of the 80’s character of the building envelope.
To the rear, the modern sliding doors peel away from the corner, adding versatility and connecting the outside and inside entertaining spaces. The new hard landscaping is enhanced with a built in gas BBQ, resistance pool, projector wall & fire pit.
