Located in Três Figueiras neighborhood, Porto Alegre, Brazil, Balduino has an unconventional concept when it comes to leisure areas, maintaining a bold and contemporary tone in the spaces shared by the project's only 11 apartments. Accompanying the well-being that the street and the location already bring to the development, in Balduino residents still have a fully equipped fitness area, a bike rack and a gourmet lounge. Convenience, comfort and conviviality, the Gourmet Lounge is a versatile space designed to welcome friends and family and share flavors at the table.
