this project is submittion for Renovation Balairung competition-University of Indonesia. the idea is how to respect the existing buildings and existing master plan, the building is made in balance with the surrounding buildings with a circle is defined as a neutral form. the building program is dedicated for public, so the ground floor designated multipurpose, with can be accessed from many access. 2nd floor in the designation as a convention hall which can accommodate 8000 attendend. as public buildings, the building's face made friendly and inviting, plus a building that responds to the lake by providing a promenade and Amphitheater in the upper lake.the design symbolizes the splendor of the University of Indonesia also shows the building can respect the surrounding
