The project´s impact on its natural surrounding has been taken care of through the carefull desing, its volumens, and green areas. The buildings are oriented in such a way as to take advantage on the predominant direcction of the wind and to avoid most of the direct solar radiation. The ventilated double roof on the offices helps to avoid the external heat increase and allows heat dissipation through cross ventilation. The green belt at the south facade of the office building is vital to secure thermic performance as it builds an oasis where the air is cooled with nebulizers before ventilating the inner space. The store area is naturally illuminated by "teatinas" ,a type of skylight, that also work as hot air extraction points. Its walls provide cover from morning and nooon solar radiation. Its big doors are located to receive the trees´ shadows protection,as the stored beer has a strict quality control , it should not receive direct sunlight at any moment and must be kept at low temperatures for optimal care.
