The house design is based on a simple grid divided in 9 squares (3x3). In the center of the grid, the staircase solves de cirulation of the house in booth floorplans. In order to bring light into the upper floor circulation, the staircase is covered by a big skylight. On the ground floor the kitchen is opened to a cross ventilation connecting the street to the golf course views through the exterior dinning-barbeque room. Connected to the kitchen the tv room can be separated by sliding iron-glass doors. The living and dinning room facing the east are connected to the golf views. In the upper level there are 4 suites (main, guests, and two junior suites). The master bedroom (ocuppies 3 squares of the upper grid) is located on the rear facade facing east and long golf course views. On the west facade facing the street two junior suites bedrooms floor to ceiling windows makes contrast with the solid walls holding the junior bathrooms with skylights above the bathtubs in order to bring light in. Requested by the client and exterior iron stair allows one of the junior suites to be rented temporarly during the spring polo season hold in Buenos Aires.
