The main idea of the project was in building environment that harmoniously combines modern architecture with natural landscape by optimal integration of the living space into the terrain. Relief of the site, where the complex of buildings is situated, was reshaped to fit construction geometry and remind of wild nature with its uncontrolled vegetation. Building insolation is calculated in such a way that during the day the interior illuminates only with the most favorable sun rays.
Closed north facade protects from cold winter winds and wide opened south facade is made of energy efficient glass. Green roof and terraces make this house sustainable, low in energy consumption and nature friendly.
Many cutting-edge technologies are used: energy-efficient self-cleaning glass, translusent concrete, equipped by hydraulic system doors and windows that open up to the landscape, green roof etc.
Considerable part of the site is allocated to the temple complex, including the big lake-solar clock. It's a set of architectural forms, which position and ability to move on site, allow to carry out a range of astronomical measurements.
