Urban fabricThe various configurations of rooms and apartments are arranged into blocks which footprint draws similarities with the scale of the old city’s linear blocks. Enclosed courtyards decongesting the urban fabric become open gardens where stairs and alleyways interlace.
Water  In the center of the resort the large pool echoes the serenity of the River. The edge of the pool defragments to incorporate secluded and shaded areas. Water basins punctuate the peripheral alleys and courtyard.
TheatreThe project offers a 2,000 m2 open air amphitheatre on the roof of the mall. It is accessible from outside or from the mall. The external stairs wrap around the curved façade echoing the minaret of the renowned Samarra mosque. People can attend specific events or stroll along the vast theatre and enjoy the cityscape.
