This site was originally a wedding venue distinguished by its traditional Thai-style architecture.
The main design concept for the renovation was to preserve the original character of the building while introducing new dimensions through design interventions. Reclaimed wood was reinterpreted and adapted in a contemporary manner, reflecting a simple yet crafted architectural identity both inside and out.
The interior is enhanced with handmade details, including wooden furniture and woven crafts, while the landscape design emphasizes a sense of relaxation through a natural stream adorned with stonework beneath the shade of existing trees.
Beyond serving as a restaurant, the space was reimagined to accommodate a variety of functions — from a children’s playground and wedding events to multipurpose activity areas and art workshops. The result is a project that goes beyond renovation, creating a place where architecture, culture, and everyday life are seamlessly integrated.
