The design of this residence revolves around a central idea: a generous double-height hall that functions as the heart of the home. This open volume does more than simply create spatial drama. It distributes circulation toward different living functions while remaining flexible enough to host a variety of everyday activities. Dining, watching movies, or playing with pets all take place within or around this hall, which extends visually and physically to both the front and rear gardens.

The openness of the hall allows natural light to penetrate deeply into the interior, while cross-ventilation ensures comfort throughout the year. From here, spaces gradually branch out to more private zones, creating a gentle rhythm between shared and secluded areas. The connection to nature is a constant presence, with large openings framing views of greenery and providing direct access to outdoor spaces.

Attention is placed on how the family moves through the house on a daily basis. The double-height volume acts as a backdrop for interactions, accommodating moments both ordinary and festive. The design does not separate indoors from outdoors, but instead blends them, allowing activities to flow seamlessly from living spaces to the gardens.
